Lakeisha found the longevity space and biohacking by healing herself. After years of nonstop travel and stress working in over 10 countries creating investment reports on emerging markets and then as a management consultant at McKinsey, Lakeisha was externally “successful” but internally chronically ill.

Throughout the years she experienced anemia, acid reflux, IBS, gastritis, peptic duodenitis, poor sleep, recurring infections, SIBO, and unexplained weight gain. As conventional medicine only seemed to offer treatments for her symptoms and a temporary fix, Lakeisha took her health into her own hands. She investigated a foray of healing modalities from Ayurveda to Acupuncture, Reiki to Yoga, and finally found one which encompassed many traditional healing systems and the most cutting-edge scientific research: biohacking and the longevity space.

She later formalized her training in the field, working at a sleep coaching startup under a European sleep neuroscientist, and later worked with two premier biohacking influencers, gaining hands-on experience translating cutting-edge science into practical, measurable protocols.

Lakeisha is also a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, further grounding her work in foundational nutrition and physiology.
